Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico
2022
100% Verdicchio. Harvested from 12-year-old vines in early September in the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC. Soft-pressed and destemmed before being fermented for 18-20 days in stainless steel.
Rosso Piceno
2022
70% Montepulciano, 30% Sangiovese. Harvested from 10-year-old vines in Rosso Piceno. Soft-pressed and then fermented for 7-10 days in stainless steel.
