Family owned domain located in Cuers, the heart of Côtes de Provence’s ‘Golden Triangle’. The name “LOUIS” was chosen in honor of Louis Massel, founder of the estate. 12 hectares under vines, planted on stony soil composed of argilo-calcarous mix called “Gavroches”. The Mediterranean climate offers maximum sunshine, with cool evening breeze.
The vineyards are managed using environmentally friendly agricultural techniques.

Grenache & Vermentino . The grapes are hand-picked, destemmed and chilled to 8 °C.
After gentle pressed, only free-run and first press juices are used to produce this cuvée.
The juices are left to settle for 48 hours. Fermentation in temperature controlled (18 °C), stainless steel tanks.
